Back Acne Treatment - Tips That Really Work

I've never really been too pleased with the back acne treatment products that I've purchased over the years. The promises that they offer then not being able to live up to what they say, is always a letdown.

I can't say I have the secret solution to all of your problems, but I can say that I have a couple tricks that I've used in the past that have really helped me treat the acne on my back, and I hope they can do for you what they've done for me.

First, spend some time in the sun. This has to be done in moderation and with care as too much sun can lead to more back acne. About 15 minutes of sun for me works well. It might be different for you as all skin types are different, but this amount of time in the sun was good for me because it didn't burn my skin, and it helped clear away the acne that was on my back.

A way to help with spending time in the sun so that you can get rid of back acne, is using a good sun block that doesn't have those oils that we try to avoid on our skins. It’s pretty easy to find an oil free sun block, you just have to look for one.

Second, try not to dry out your back. Like I stated in the previous tip, if you spend too much time in the sun you'll end up burning your skin, which leads to really dry skin. You can also do this by putting to many treatments on and by taking too many showers in a short period of time.

Dry skin mixes with the oils on your skin and clogs the pores leading to acne.

Third, to keep the skin from getting dry, try to use a moisturizer as your skin needs it. I try to use an oil free based moisturizer at least 3 times a week as my skin can dry easily as I'm using all of these different back acne remedies to keep my back acne from coming back.
